At ChefDarbari.com, we take pride in connecting hosts with top-rated private chefs for house parties and events. Our platform is a directory and communication gateway. We do not directly handle or manage payments between chefs and users.
1. Nature of Our Service
ChefDarbari.com provides listings and facilitates contact between chefs and hosts. All agreements, including pricing, availability, menu, and refunds, are made directly between the chef and the host. We are not a party to any financial transaction between them.
2. Booking and Payment
- All payments for chef services are to be made directly to the individual chef or their designated representative.
- ChefDarbari.com does not act as a payment processor unless explicitly stated otherwise during promotions or subscriptions.
- It is the responsibility of both parties to agree on booking confirmation, advance payments, and terms before finalization.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are solely handled by the chefs or service providers with whom users make arrangements. Hosts should discuss cancellation and refund terms clearly with chefs prior to booking.
- ChefDarbari.com is not liable for refunds of payments made to chefs.
- We recommend written agreements (via email or WhatsApp) between parties for clarity on terms.
- In case of chef no-show or dispute, users may contact us for assistance in escalating the issue to the concerned chef.
4. Subscription Refunds (if applicable)
If you have purchased a subscription plan (for chefs or premium features), the following refund policy applies:
- Refunds for subscriptions are only applicable if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no bookings or leads have been availed during that time.
- To request a subscription refund, please email info@chefdarbari.com with your username, plan, and reason for cancellation.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Our Mediation Role
In the event of disputes, we may help by providing contact history or clarifying communication between both parties. However, we do not guarantee a refund or resolution unless the issue involves a violation of our platform rules or fraud.
