1. Introduction

Welcome to ChefDarbari ("Platform", "Service", "We", "Us", or "Our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform that connects users ("Subscribers") with professional chefs ("Chefs").

By purchasing a subscription or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Subscription Service

2.1 Subscription Plan

• We offer a 1-month subscription plan priced at ₹499 (inclusive of all taxes)
• The subscription provides access to chef contact information (WhatsApp numbers) and the ability to write reviews
• To write a review to a chef after subscription expires, you need to resubscribe our services at 499 INR for a month.

2.2 No Guarantees

Important: The Platform makes no guarantees regarding:

• Chef Availability: We do not guarantee you will find a chef that meets your requirements
• Response Rates: We do not guarantee chefs will respond to your messages or calls
• Chef Quality: We do not guarantee chefs' experience, expertise, or service quality
• Service Outcomes: We are not responsible for any unsatisfactory services or disputes with chefs
• Financial Losses: We are not liable for any financial losses incurred from dealings with chefs
• Any Other Losses: We are not liable for any kind of loss made by chefs

2.3 Refund Policy

• All subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is processed
• No refunds will be provided for unresponsive chefs or unsatisfactory services
• Refund requests due to technical issues will be evaluated case-by-case

3. Chef Verification

Our verification process includes:

• Government ID verification (Aadhaar card)
• Photo verification matching the ID
• Verification of past hotel/restaurant employment

Important Limitations:

• We do not verify chefs' current culinary skills or abilities
• We do not conduct ongoing background checks after initial verification
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of employment history provided by chefs
• Users must conduct their own due diligence before engaging chefs

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Subscriber Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You agree not to misuse chef contact information (no spam, harassment, etc.)
• All arrangements with chefs are strictly between you and the chef
• You are responsible for verifying chefs' credentials beyond our basic verification

4.2 Review Guidelines

• Reviews must be truthful and based on actual experiences
• We reserve the right to remove defamatory or fraudulent reviews
• Reviews must not contain personal attacks or inappropriate content

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for any interactions between users and chefs
• We are not liable for any services provided by chefs
• We are not responsible for any food safety issues or health concerns
• We are not liable for any financial transactions between users and chefs

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through our customer support
• Unresolved disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Greater Noida, India
• The arbitration shall be conducted in English under Indian law
• Class action lawsuits are waived

7. General Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains enforceable
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ChefDarbari
